What this app is
sushiXMR helps users create and monitor swaps with independent third-party providers. The app does not custody funds, operate exchange balances, control provider wallets, or guarantee execution. We never touch your money — we route you to the provider, you send funds directly to their deposit address.
Your responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming the provider, destination address, asset, network, amount, fees, and legal eligibility before sending funds. Verify everything on the order page. Blockchain transfers are irreversible — we cannot reverse a send to a wrong address or wrong network.
Provider terms
Each provider applies its own terms, AML policies, geographic restrictions, transaction review, refund rules, and support procedures. Some routes are fixed-rate, others are floating. Read the route details before creating the order.
Geographic restrictions
Access from sanctioned jurisdictions (per OFAC and equivalent sanctioning bodies) is blocked at the network level. The app additionally declines to serve regions where privacy-coin tooling is explicitly prohibited. The block is best-effort — users remain responsible for verifying their own legal eligibility before using the service.
Prohibited use
Do not use this service for unlawful activity, sanctioned destinations, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Do not send funds you cannot afford to lose.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (published separately). Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through the competent courts of that jurisdiction otherwise. Users in regions with mandatory local law (EU consumer protection, UK CMA) retain those statutory rights.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of uptime, rates, provider availability, or transaction outcomes. The team behind sushiXMR is not liable for losses caused by provider failures, network issues, user errors, or market movement.
