When a swap goes wrong
Short answers to the questions people ask when a swap does not go as planned.
My swap failed, or I closed the tab. What now?
Reopen your order page — with its link, the receipt you downloaded, or My swaps if you created the order from this browser. The page shows the current status. If the provider has a problem, contact their support with their order ID, which is on the order page and on the receipt.
What should I give the provider's support?
Their order ID, the time the order was created and, if you have it, the hash of the transaction you sent. All but the hash are on your receipt.
Can sushiXMR refund me?
No. We never hold your funds: they go straight to the provider. A refund is decided and carried out by the provider, under its own rules.
I lost the link to my order.
If you created the order from this browser, look in My swaps — that page says what it can and cannot list. Otherwise, look for the receipt you downloaded. We have no account and no email that would link an order to you.
Can I send funds again to the deposit address of an old order?
No. A deposit address belongs to a single order, and only while that order is waiting for a deposit. For a new swap, create a new order.
